How quickly will I receive my designs?

On average, smaller collateral projects, such as social media graphics and marketing materials, take up to 3 working days to complete. Larger projects, like landing pages or pitch designs, will take more time. However, we offer flexibility based on your priorities. On your dashboard, you can decide whether you want us to focus on speed—getting projects done as quickly as possible—or on delivering the highest possible quality. While we always strive to deliver great quality, this option allows you to prioritise based on your current needs. Please note that timelines are not binding, and timely responses from your side are crucial to keeping projects on track.

Is there a limit to the number of design requests I can make?

No, once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like. We’ll tackle them one by one, ensuring each project receives the attention it deserves.

How do I prioritise my design requests?

In your private client dashboard, you can organise your design requests by priority—placing the most critical projects at the top of your queue. Depending on your subscription plan, we’ll work on one or two requests at a time, allowing you to determine whether the focus should be on speed or the highest quality.

What can I expect to receive in 72 hours?

For standard requests, like social media templates, you can typically expect delivery within 72 hours. Larger projects are delivered in stages, with updates provided every 48 hours until the entire project is complete.

Who are the designers working on my projects?

You’ll work directly with Brighter Future’s Head of Design, ensuring top-tier attention and expertise. For specialised requests like animations or custom illustrations, we partner with other expert designers to deliver the best results.

How do I submit a design request?

If you choose the Content Workshop service, we'll need to schedule the call as soon as the service has been paid for. The workshop helps us better understand your needs and ensures the final landing page aligns perfectly with your goals. Please note that this may extend the overall timeline depending on the completion of the workshops.

How does the pause feature work?

If you don’t have enough design work to fill the entire month, you can pause your subscription. Billing is based on a 30-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, you’ll have 10 days remaining to use whenever you need.

How do you manage larger design projects?

Large projects are divided into manageable parts. Whether it's a pitch deck or extensive UI/UX work, we’ll deliver portions of the project sequentially until it's completed.

What if I’m not happy with the design?

We’ll revise your design until you’re completely satisfied—no questions asked.

Are there any types of design work not covered?

We specialise in digital design but do not cover 3D modelling, complex packaging, extensive print designs (like books or magazines), or Adobe InDesign documents.

What if I only have one design request?

No problem! You can pause your subscription after your request is complete and reactivate it when you have more design needs. This way, you only pay for what you need.

Why wouldn’t I just hire a full-time designer?

Hiring a full-time, world-class senior designer can cost over £100,000 annually, plus benefits, and that’s if you can even find one available. With our subscription, you only pay when you have work for us, without the overhead costs. You also have the flexibility to pause or resume your plan as needed, ensuring you maximise your budget.

What I’m not happy, do you offer refunds?

Fortunately, to date, this has never come up. In the unlikely event we do experience this, due to the bespoke nature of this service, we cannot offer refunds; however, we do offer revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied.
