Once you're subscribed, you can add as many content requests to your queue as you like. With the Build tier, requests are handled one at a time, while the Grow and Scale tiers allow for two requests to be worked on simultaneously. Make sure to prioritise your content requests, so your most urgent needs are addressed first. For those on the Scale plan, which is designed for more complex content needs and larger teams, the number of requests we can handle may vary based on the custom nature of the service.

The same high standards apply to our content strategists. When you choose the Scale tier, you'll have a dedicated writer and content strategist who will fully immerse themselves in your brand and provide daily support for your content planning and creation.

Absolutely! We include one complimentary strategy call with one of our expert content strategists when you sign up for the Build or Grow plans. If you need additional guidance, you can book extra strategy sessions at £300 per hour right from your dashboard.
The Scale plan offers even more support, with a dedicated content strategist and writer who work closely with you to develop and execute your content strategy.

You can expect to review your content within approximately 72 hours or 3 business days. For shorter pieces like social posts (under 500 characters), you'll receive a full draft for review. For longer content, such as newsletters, we’ll provide a working draft of at least 500 additional characters every 72 hours until the piece is complete.

No problem at all! You can provide feedback directly, and we’ll keep revising the content until it meets your expectations.

While we’re flexible, there are some types of content we don’t handle — like personal memoirs or highly technical instruction manuals. If you have a content format in mind that isn’t listed in our templates, feel free to submit an inquiry through your dashboard. We're always open to exploring new ideas and expanding our offerings based on client needs.

That’s perfectly fine! You can pause your subscription once your request is complete and restart it whenever you have more content needs. This way, you’re only paying for what you actually need.

Yes, you can. If you don’t have enough content work to fill the entire month, simply pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause, you'll have 10 days left to use whenever you need them.
